Well-Supervised Children

Lydia and Seth spent the week doing zoo daycamp. When Mom arrived the first day and saw the large group of 4 and 5 year olds in Seth's group, she wondered how anyone could explore the zoo with them everyday without losing at least one a day :-) However, the big group of counselors then joined the group and she saw that they had almost a 1 to 1 ratio.. which is probably what is required to spend the day at the zoo with kids in that age group. The zoo has teenage volunteer counselors in addition to their main counselors.

The kids got to explore the zoo, ride the rides, do crafts, and hear zoo stories every day.
