Christmas Morning
Morgan woke us all up at 5:45 on Christmas morning. She was hungry and expecting to go back to bed. Instead, she got to enjoy the Christmas fun. You can see in the pictures how tired she was. A few favorite Santa gifts: Lydia- V-tech Nitro kids laptop, stuffed puppy, snowflake outfits that match Morgan Seth- animal planet set, pop-up dinosaur book Morgan- the wrapping paper.

Christmas Eve
Dad and Mom bought all three kids matching seal pajamas to open Christmas Eve. Seth's didn't fit so he got to open a dinosaur book instead. Seth will probably be thankful someday that he was left out of the matching PJ pics this year.
The kids prepared a cookie and milk snack for Santa. Lydia is hoping Santa brings a small stuffed dog and Seth wants a truck. Morgan didn't get her list in this year. We'll see tomorrow if Santa came through.

Will work for $2 and a ride to Target...
Tragedy struck this morning on the bus.... A certain five-year-old put her new prize Hello Kitty earmuffs on the seat on the bus instead of in her backpack and they fell on the floor... Another child stepped on them. As you can see, Mom tried with no luck to repair with Duct Tape- of course.
Since the same child lost one of her matching gloves YESTERDAY because she did the EXACT same thing and put them on the seat instead of in her backpack, she is now desperately trying to earn money to replace them both. She's currently $2 short- hence the collection envelopes she made below. Before you're moved to let mop your floors for $2, you will be happy to know that she's earning the money entertaining her brother and sister while mom works around the house. I'm sure she can talk dad into the ride tonight.. It's a tough life.
5 Months Old Playing Trains
I'm five months old now.... I'm getting so old that mom and dad forgot to take a picture on my real five-month birthday. This picture was a day late. I weighed 13 pounds 9 ounces about a week ago. I love to roll around, laugh, and play with toys now... That was a hint if you didn't catch it... I hear Santa's coming soon.

Excitement at the YMCA
We went for swim lessons tonight at the YMCA, and it was being evacuated when we arrived. There was a small fire in the basement. We stood outside and watched the multiple fire trucks with firefighters rushed to the scene. Seth kept pointing and saying, "firefighter, firefighter." It was a small fire, and everything is fine. Steve had brought the camera to take pictures of the lessons so he took pictures of firetrucks instead.
